Here are a few sketches. I will color them later. They are not linked to my projects but I wanted to have some fun.

Drawing Ma Dong-Seok

My next game takes place in Seoul. There will be gangsters. I could not not think about Ma Dong-Seok.
Tips for the face:
-Flat face. No brow bone.
-Eyelids and dark circles allow to imagine the eyeballs easily.
-The mouth does a M.
-Eyes+nose+mouth is a small group in the middle of the face.
-Show but not exagerate the cheek lines.
-Haircut has a 1990 mood.

It's me again!

I did not post for a week. I work on the scenarios with a friend, and on the visuals. It takes some time to be satisfied with the designs but I'm super happy with these two new characters.
I start to get used to style decisions I made for this project. My new rules are:
 -Forbid gradients but use trames (To fit the simplicity of my straight lines)...

My mermaid, 36 years later

I have finished my last sketch. Here is the making of.
In spite of the years, I have the  feeling that I am still interested in the same subjects :)

I hesitated a lot on colors... Dark hair and blue water did not help to have a warm mood. You can see my hesitations throughout the process.

I redraw my first pair of breasts

I found that old draw of mine! I guess I was around 5 when I did it? I decided to redraw that.
When I think about it... mermaids have a big place in my art life. Later, when I saw the Little Mermaid, I was shocked and VERY inspired.
