The Final Stretch
It all comes down to this! 12 pages are left to finish in Volume 2. First pass is complete so basically, you are able to visually read the book front to back now, though the last 12 pages currently look rough as hell haha.
Anyway, here's Archer and Arlo uh... looking a bit exhausted I guess. This scene goes a little crazy despite what you see in this shot. JUST YOU WAIT! XD

A Bad Idea
This was a random cool down "sketch" from a stream (yeah, I know I stretch that word). The piece just organically evolved as I drew a childhood piece of Arlo seeing something with youthful ambition. Of course, Enzo being the smarter one is thinking this is a bad idea.
I was the younger sibling growing up. I learned SO much from my older sister from examples just like this lol.

First off, I want to thank everyone a Happy New Year and hope 2024 is better than last year! In my case, I sure as hell hope so lol. (last year was rough)

I sketched this on a recent stream. I didn't really have a direction and just let the piece unfold. I kept this grey toned with a Summer atmosphere and casual clothing. Looks like Daphne isn't an honor student when it comes to flying hehe. I hope the repairs aren't expensive! XD

Lily Sketches!
I'm close to diving back in for the final pages of Volume 2, but due to the holiday break... I've been uh... procrastinating. However, I still had the itch to sketch something, so I took a crack at some Lily gesture and figure sketches! They aren't perfect (I haven't drawn her in months), but I tried capturing her personality in a few shots. Added some gray tones to spice it up. :P

I'm almost done doing base color for these first 12 pages of the final scene, but I decided to do an impromptu rendering of a panel. The idea of this was to be modeled after Union Square in NYC (that vibe at least). This is essentially Edison Square. I'm playing with colors, perspective, and trying to get a sense of scale with their surroundings.
