This is a piece I’ve just created for myself - to have a play with the Icarus board really and to get to grips with the neocolor ii. Is this type of thing something you’d be interested in as a tutorial?

May's Focus tutorial

I wanted to do some reflections in water, and also use the icarus board - to show you how I use  it - I know it's not something many have, but I can show you how it works, and then show how you can do similar without the board. This one I do think will be on film - I wouldn't go for black paper because I just wouldn't be able to get the softness.

April Focus Tutorial - Scanned image

All finished!!!! This is the scanned image, and I have just slightly retouched the background as the scanner was pulling in a lot of texture that isn't in the finished piece, but that's all I've done. April's Vibrant Focus tutorial - tentative colours

Hi all, so I've been asked to supply the colours for this tutorial - and I'm going to give you what I've used, I'm still working on the piece, but the colours will be similar to what I've already used.
