The aim of this mod is to edit the career mode algorithm of the game to make it more fun and realistic. See it as quality-of-life improvements instead of drastic overhaul. This is in alpha stage so it may have some bugs. Works with existing careers but full effect will be felt if you start a career with it. Will be updated frequently. I'll rely on your feedback for improvement.
