So apparently for some this file didn’t fix the “black” under their skin, it removed some of the females faces instead. (It worked for me & my female sims faces are fine ) But for some it did not so i would say add it back to fix the problem & just ignore the skin underneath until i figure it out because it isn’t every sim that has the issue.
