welp! i would like to say i did this because i had the free time but i don't, i did it cause it seemed fun and i wanted to use a  Steven universe character. that been said, it was a really fun project to work on! i even made a 4k version to see if i could! and while i did, my monitor only goes up to 1080. so, enjoy all of you who can actually view it! $5 tier only tho sorry

last sfm test

okay! here is the last video i made using sfm! very fun program, glad i decide to try it out. this video was a test to see if i could do a full sequence in sfm and what it would look like. i'm pretty happy with the results! i mean i had to do a little post render editing but that's okay. i wondered if i should've added sound but like i said this was a sfm test. i already know how to edit sounds...

i also tried blender! sadly, my pc is too old to export any video files, and can barely export images, although i did record blender with my obs, so i do at least have a videos of what the animation looked like! 

animation in blender was also pretty easy for me, i basically figured it out in an afternoon.

so I'm back on sfm because i found a tutorial about how to make looping animation, which was something i based my whole animation career on yet wasn't somthing i could figure out how to do in sfm a few weeks ago. turns out, it might be easier to do than i think! next problem, trying to figure out how to export models form blender to sfm, which i hear is a pain in the ass :-)

i wanted to redesign my OC with character a bit, and then i discoverd what the water color brush looks like! it's a pretty good shading brush! and so, here's what the character sheet looks like right now!
