Dissociative Heartbeat On Coffee

Dissociation for us feels like moments where no one is in charge of the body. It feels similar to when you zone out and you can not move or talk (or only one or the other). The only time we are aware of this happening is when someone is switching or someone is wanting to co-front.

Other wise we do not know it happens unless we realize there are gaps in our memory-which has been happening...

So this video.

I decided to capture my heart right after I played beat saber and then also did some squats for a few minutes.

Then I waited to see if my heart would slow down...only when I sat down for a little bit did it finally start to slow down. 

But it didn't last and it started to climb back up...

Video Diaries 5: Frustrations With Recording

This week's video diary shows some complications and challenges with trying to create new content. We are having so much fun but as with everything, difficulties come at you.

This actually worked!

I feel like we have been struggling to give good audio quality for our heartbeats...so we had this idea to use our stethoscope hands free so we can play Beat Swiper!

It's almost as fun as beat saber when we aren't feeling the greatest; this is a fun alternative!

Just My Heartbeat With DIY Steth

I was honestly bummed when I edited this video...I did not hold still enough to give you the greatest quality heartbeat...I feel so bad!! Around 1:40, I notice on my smart watch that it said my heart was around 100 bpm. I did not expect this! There is a really great spot during the middle though that has a really nice quality heartbeat. Hopefully the next video will be better!
