What I do to relieve pain

Sciatica is no joke. I am prone to getting them from pinching my hips. (Nerves around my hips)

Vrksasana---Tree Pose

Taking the time to ground/connect with nature.  

This is one of my favorite poses to teach and do practice because Tree pose has a few variations of the pose and you can get creative with it. To practice...it is fun because it really does promote balance.  Your ankles are creating a muscle memory when you alternate legs to balance with.
