I think that doing hip opening yoga poses are important because you need to keep your nerves from pinching. Nerve pinches go far in terms of discomfort and can affect your body and health. in the next video I'll show you some hip opening poses!

Sciatica is no joke. I am prone to getting them from pinching my hips. (Nerves around my hips)

Taking the time to ground/connect with nature.
This is one of my favorite poses to teach and do practice because Tree pose has a few variations of the pose and you can get creative with it. To practice...it is fun because it really does promote balance. Your ankles are creating a muscle memory when you alternate legs to balance with.
