Update: I managed to convert this plugin preset to an actual plugin (After a great deal of trial and error lol).
So now you can just load it from the VAR file like any other plugin, and it'll start working on that character automatically.
You can adjust the speed and range of the saccades within the plugin.
It should be much easier to use than the preset!
