I had to remove the header from the english translation rom I found, if its 1025kb you'll need to remove the header with a tool like "advanced snes rom utility" before patching it if you find it online.
The Japanese NO-INTRO rom is called "Juusou Kihei Valken".
Note that english patch version has some palette issues during the game start message scroll. No other issues found.

So originally I had released this as the interrupts were running in slowrom, not fastrom as they should.
