Choplifter III Fastrom removed

So originally I had released this as the interrupts were running in slowrom, not fastrom as they should.

After finally figuring out how to run 2 BSNES instances and allow input to them both, I can confirm there are NO frames saved at all even after several minutes of running. Not a single frame was saved.

I have been informed that most IRQ interrupts are short and don't make much difference if they run in slow or fastrom. Sometimes running them in fastrom also causes issues (such as cacoma knight which had graphical issues and parodius which wouldn't boot in snes9x).

As I go on, I improve and I am still learning many things.

Just wanted to give a heads up, and I will likely try the other "developer fix" that I did to see if there are any frames saved there as well soon.

Glad that you're learning so many things about the process of converting games to FastROM. And appreciate that you go back to past releases in order to improve them. Hope you can take another look at Return of Double Dragon and other few releases that had some small technical issues. Thanks for your efforts on improving and making smoother these SNES classics!
