I'm sorry, guys! I said we'd try out a patron-only stream this week. Monday I sat down for it, and then noticed that I can't, quite. Patreon has two options for hosting a livestream: YouTube or Crowdcast. The latter wants $40 a month (yikes??) and the former requires an approved Google AdSense account.

Phew, 50 of these...! Almost a year of gifs, kinda. Except not.

I was excited about this one because of the new things I tried: new hair particle tricks, new masking tricks--new style of background?? Also, apparently, if you scale the camera in Blender to -1 it'll flip the image on the axis of your choice. Discovered that on accident! Learned a lotta things this afternoon, I guess.

Up top is what I call a "flat render," which is the shadeless render pass I make in Blender after making "raw renders" with OpenGL to lay out the panels.
