It makes the engine prefer to load files from the Windows file system rather than PAK files. When playing Neo mode in Arkanoid, there's a bug where the trail behind the ball will keep flickering, which makes it hard to focus on it. As a workaround for the bug I made this mod that removes the trail altogether. Not the ideal solution, but it makes it much more playable as the distracting flicker is gone.
