DO v2, so excited by this design, both internally, externally and the sounds. Probably the biggest upgrade I’ve done to a design. The mech and assembly is lovely, space for lots of stuff, dc motors, the list is endless. The files are in wip at the moment but should be good for the explorers and reckless builders to play with.
Also a new way of doing instructions is coming......

BD-1, the main build is officially complete (well maybe the odd tweak). I’ve now added the instructions and BOM for the build, check it out in the Patreon folder, wip, BD1 just doing a custom controller now also to allow easy puppeting (if that’s a word!).

New design to turn your filament reels into a R2 themed storage drawer. 4 draws per reel, hinged to open topped with a dome including extra storage in the head :-)

Hey, so BD-1 is now in the last run to finish. I’ve tested all the new designs and added the print files to the Patreon Share under wip folder. We’ve got everything except the head cover and ears, I’ve just got to add two Servos for the ears, a couple of mech pieces around the eyes and the main build is done. I know it's early, but I'm a festive kinda chap :-) I've added a folder in the Patreon folder which has Christmas Goodies including a Christmas Topper, in both Rebel and Imperial bodies with a choice of R2, R5 and R6 domes along with some tree hangers!
Just pop onto the Patreon folder and you'll find the Christmas folder...
