Almost finished with my new headset
Screen got cracked in the process but a new one is already on its way
Also bought some crazy fresnel lenses and dual 2.9” mipi displays so maybe I will make my own bigscreen beyond since a lot of you guys asked about it

Brand new version of the super-cheap, 0.42 engine.
This time I've used front lense from ECX viewfinder which makes the image way bigger and requires way less space compared to the previous optic assembly.
It also uses the newer, 0.3 version of my 0.42 OLED PCB which is smaller as well.

My own, SteamVR compatible VR headset.
You can play on it anything that is on SteamVR.
It uses 5.5" MIPI display at 2560x1440 resolution which makes the image very nice and crisp.
It uses HadesVR HMD PCB and PSMoveServiceEX for full 6DoF tracking.
You can move around your room with this thing on and it will track where you are standing.

My newest "engine" thing.
It uses the ECX333 display, my customized driver board and Rokid Max birdbath optics.
It works extremelly well and I'm supper satisfied with the image quality.
You can of course use this with stock driver board if you slightly modify the PCB holder.

Latest version of my VR headset. I call it "Persephone" now. Cheeky link to the original HadesVR project name.
I skipped the 0.4 since I've made so many changes during printing.
It's super close to the final version. I can already play SteamVR games.
Pretty much only thing left to do is buy new lenses, finish the headstrap and add screws where there are no screws yet.

I've designed a headband based on PSVR one.
I'm currently waiting for it to print so I can check if everything is alright with the files.
I will publish the STL/CAD once it finishes.
Printer estimates it for 12 hour print since it's multicolor 😓

I've made simple, aesthetic mod for the Base Stations used for HadesVR Remix project.
Those use the PSMove cameras and are fully compatible with PSMoveServiceEX.

My Compute Module for the composite video based AR devices like Sideloader Lite.
It uses Raspberry Pi 3 as a base and it has a battery and small board for charging.
It connects with the glasses using added 3.5mm jack dedicated for Sideloader Lite.

My tiny SteamVR compatible tracker.
It can be used with any of my devices to add full SteamVR support along with built-in software mirroring which basically will mirror flip the image so that it's perfectly usable.
Both boards are basically super-downsized Arduino Pro Micros with MPU6500.
You can safely transfer all of the components from those boards and it will work.

The absolute cheapest way to make DiY Augmented Reality.
It uses the 0.42" OLED SPI display which can be connected to Arduino or anything else that uses the SPI.
It costs less than 4$ (Look for the discounts) to build this thing and that includes the display itself.

FLCoS driver board but with mini HDMI converter built-in.
Works with only Mini HDMI cable plugged in but it's best to add some outside voltage as well.

ECX engine with hardware mirroring might be possible after all 🫡
I’ve tested it out quickly before going to bed and I’m quite positive that I can pull it off with original optics and simple 90 degree prism.
Still need to test it out with combiner but if it works then it’s a huge step forward since everyone will be able to use the display “as is” without any need for con...
