I've smoothed out a lot of surfaces for better printing experience.

I've fully reworked the ribbon cable holder. No need for any kind of covers.

Divided the frame into 3 parts in order to create simple hinges. This will let me fold the glasses when not in use.

HDMI2AV Layer Scans

I've made layer scans from the trimmed-down HDMI2AV board. 

This can be used to reverse-engineer the board in order to replicate it.

It now has covers for the driver board and ribbon cable.

I've printed it out using PLA and everything fits properly.

You can print it out yourself and see how well it works.

I've made some changes to the frame.

I've had to push the display more to the center in order to better see the displayed image.

In previous version there was this issue where I've seen something like 80% of the screen due to it being not in center of my vision. 

It takes a lot of printing in order to get it right but I think I'm almost there.

This is the more polished version of the previous board.

I've made it bit smaller and fixed some of the air wires.

I've re-did whole board based on the original PCB.

There are some air wires so keep that in mind when assembling.

Resistor and capacitor values are unknown.

Those are meant to be transfered from the original PCB.

Just a heads up. I've just bought this new micro display which works the same as old one but has higher resolution and active display area. I've had it once before but I've broke it :(

It worked really good and it comes with all of the required optics for my AR glasses projects. If you'd like to join me in building DiY AR glasses then now it's time to buy it for yourself.
