Unfortunately, you'll have to start a new game, restarting an old save will make the game buggy.
That's the last time you'll have to restart a game, I think i've managed to fix the problem for future updates.
I'm in the process of finalizing the penultimate sex scene for the next update. Everything is progressing at a great rhythm. I hope to release the update as soon as possible.
(Sorry for the cancellation of the video for the new animations, but Vimeo cancelled my account for nudity... Even though I had checked the “adult content” box).

With my kids already on summer vacation I'm working a little more slowly, but regularly.
