The new capture system is almost done, you'll be able to capture building by sending infantry, reducing building's hp by as much as your infantry HP.
Luckily someone for SRPG already did something similar so it helped, it was important because until now it was not possible to capture building producing unit.
I've also almost finished writing the scene for 0.32 and now need to finish illus...
The 0.31 version is now avaible to everyone.
I've changed the way I increment version number because I wouldn't have enough updates left until 1.0 otherwise.
