Hey all, so someone asked me if I could increase the overall quality of Def Jam FFNY, so for the last week I've been sitting with the environmental textures, I don't think I can increase the detail more than I did. This took a lot of time, combing through the textures, and sometimes it's hard to even see what it is due to the low resolution of the dumps.

PSA for PCSX2 Slowdown

I've been getting some messages from people stating that they experience slowdown when using some of the packs.

I did some testing and I found the issue, it's related to Blending Accuracy in the rendering settings. I've noticed it happens when it's set to Full. So if you experience slowdown, just set it to high or medium, depending on your system, but I've noticed that High seems to work...

Hey everyone, so someone shared that Burnout 3 had some issues with the sun texture (easy fix) but I noticed in his screenshot that some textures didn't load and some looked really bad. So the bad ones, that's my fault, it's an early pack I made and I am ashamed of that one. Duckstation - Webp Format

Seems the packs that need all the duplicate files are causing issues due to the massive amount of files. I've converted them to webp and testing now. Size is reduced and there is no loss in quality as I did a lossless conversion.

Texture loading settings:
Preloading texture replacements should be safe for PS1, as long as you have enough VRAM, so you can tick it.

Getting some reports of this pack crashing Duckstation, it might be due to the amount of files, if yours is working or crashing, could you please let me know and also post your specs? I'd like to narrow down the issue. Sadly, Duckstation does not support dds textures, which I usually prefer.
