We recently updated the infrastructure with an experimental smart caching layer, this should ensure that posters download faster than ever, while also optimizing rating update frequency.

During a service update from approximately 1 week ago, a bug was introduced which would retrieve posters that were not in english (if a specific language was not selected by users).
We were recently made aware of this bug and it was now fixed, but it may take up to 2 week for the cache to expire.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused to our users.
Cloudflare services were down for the majority of yesterday (2 Nov). Although RPDB worked fine during this time for all current users, the Cloudflare issues did cause all RPDB API keys for new members to fail registering during that period.
The issue has now been resolved and the API Keys should have been sent to the new users.
