Magic items are fun, but magic items with a backstory? Sign me the heck up! This month, I wanted to create some weapons and armor that are more than just a +1 sword. Each of these magic armor items has an origin story, either historical or mythical. I re-edited some old Gelatinous Cutie photos today on a whim, because I've never been thrilled with the first set. Sometimes I find it useful to revisit old photos, both to implement what I've learned since originally editing them, and to consider how I'd wear & shoot this costume differently next time. Realized recently that I only had ONE still photo with Augury's new horns, and it was her calendar photo! So I snapped a few stills while shooting last week's skit.
