Secondly, I've been thinking about making some changes to the commission openings for a while, but out of the three systems that come to mind (Raffle, first come first serve and manually picked) none seemed as the stand out one without any flaws.

I went with picking them myself because it's the most comfortable for me but I'm willing to give that up ...
