August Update and Plans

Okay, as of Thursday last week, I am unemployed.

Now, the good news overall is that in 30 days I can reapply and get my job back. And it's like a 100% chance of getting it given the way my supervisors spoke.

I don't know about tomorrow, but Tonight starting how and wednesday for sure at about the same time. Come in, the water is fine. Also, yes, feel free to request a sketch. I probably won't start up till the second hour to warm up, but yeah, patrons get a free quicky sketch tonight X3

Minor update:

First, why yes, I am alive.

I've been one of those lucky ones where my job actually paid me for more then an extra month, but sadly, this next month I'm getting furloughed.

I don't know how much longer my job is going to remain closed. In all technicallity it should probably do so through out the summer with all the bs going on, but it could be as soon as a week or three. Who knows....

Streams?: good news bad news: noise levels have been a bit higher lately, but that is soon to change and things should be getting better. in 2+ days things shift, and I'll have an easier time setting ...

So, a new magic set is upon us just about. While I’m loving the cards that are coming out, I am a bit bummed that there is really going to be no story at all. All we are getting is these little blurbs that would look better on the back of a trading card. I mean like the old marvel hero ones and what not.

Sorry I missed the monday update. I slept soooo much monday into tuesday morning. Needed pretty bad after actually making a video and then having to work.

Currently still frustrated with WotC not giving us any news on the book. I'm hoping its because they are trying to figure out what to do... And not that they are just straight going to not say anything...

Update!!! Project Verdant Flame

Soooo, for those that don't know: Magic: the Gathering's 'War of the Spark: Forsaken' story is shit.

Weeeell, to be fair, I only know it's shit in one aspect, but it's a super important aspect to me. The short version is that after getting our confirmation of Gruulfriend's canon last book, they didn't just walk it back, they walked it back with a side of bi-phobia. So fuck all that.

Doing some art, but warning: while I might not, I do feel a little in the mood to be a bit more mature with some of the things I sketch. The bulk of what I'm going to be doing is sfw as I am finishing a commission long over due, but other things might not be so sfw, so picarto rather then twitch XD

Thought I'd post this amusing wip to you guys. For those not in the know of MtG things, there was a cycle of cards featuring this dude (that if I recall correctly was a world hopping planeswalker) that has the worst luck in the multiverse. The cycle of cards were each a different sort of 'curse'. And all those little things are silly creatures known as 'beebles'. will be finishing this soon. XD...

So, recently got into a book series by April Daneils, the Nemesis series. The main is a trans girl named Danielle who gains the powers of one of the biggest names in the biz, Dreadnought and the fallout of that event. It's really good, the first two books are out: Dreadnought and Sovereign. Still working through the second one myself right now.
