Updated Tiers

I've updated/refined the Tiers a bit. Not sure what the protocol is for something like that, since it changes the Tiers while people are already pledged to them. If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me.

Patreon Page Launched

Alright, I've finally managed to do this, which I wanted to try for a while. I'm not really very familiar with Patreon and all that stuff yet, but here we go. :)
