Two strangers met, produced a short film, and killed each other in the space of a half hour.
Annette and Levi head to the estate of the eldest victim: Norman Kaslow, the retired movie producer. Cassidy must escort Mace through the apartment of Isaiah Annas, the dead writer. Martinez tries to calm the Program's suspicions, even as events spiral out of control.
Mace Hoffman struggles to separate visions of another reality from the role he must play to survive. Martinez does his best to keep the afflicted conman safe. Levi and Annette are left with the paranoid Atchinson to investigate the bizarre double suicide of Norman Kaslow and Isiah Annas.
All the while, Cassidy waits for nightfall and the chance to hunt deeper truths.
