Alice Timelapse

There's a "draw your character in..." thing going through my feeds and I thought I'd try making a timelapse of it, and honestly I think I somehow learned more from it than I thought I was capable. I certainly struggled with the pose for a little while, which was probably the bulk of the drawing, after that, it all flowed pretty easily.

May Pinup Suggestion Thread

Every month I do a pinup piece based on suggestions from you fine Patrons! Out of all the suggestions I’ll pick the most inspiring (usually between 3 and 5) and I’ll work up thumbnails based on those ideas. April Pinup - Jack and Miranda

There were a lot of excellent suggestions for April's pinup, the overwhelming majority of them involving bunny suits. I see what y'all like. Ultimately the winning bunny was Miranda Lawson... and Jack.

I'm still learning the ropes of Clip Studio Paint, but I'm finding my footing. I'm quite pleased with how this one came together and very proud of how moody it is.

Color Practice 04-14-2022

I feel like I've been struggling with color lately so I knocked it back down to the basics. Quick sketch, a little cell shading, a little blending, some layers and I feel like maybe I do know what I'm doing after all.

Lower Decks is one of my favorite Star Treks. It's so fun and wacky but also has the most Star Trek heart of perhaps any of the shows. Also Becket and Tendi are super hot.
