I've been meaning to draw some Rebecca from the moment I finished binging Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Gotta love her sass. This will probably get colored, but I wanted to show off the sketch phase.

Rooftop Reaper

A commissioned piece of the client's OC as Death, surveying the city. Backgrounds are one of my longstanding nemeses--right up there with hands and feet and horses--but I gotten significantly better at them over the years. Also, the perspective tools of CSP make things like cityscapes SO MUCH easier.

A friend commissioned me to draw a "cyberpunk French Bulldog." Which is just one of the wackier, but interesting, things I've been asked to commission in my time. Emergency Appendectomy

Every now and again I think to myself "I should explain how I do things." Sometimes people even ask me how I do things. Teaching art is almost a natural extension of making it. So, here's a little tutorial about the things I think about when I draw eyes.

Spider Gwen Commission

I tried something a little different with this one. Did some fun grayscale painting that I'm really quite happy with, and then applied a halftone filter to it. Something CSP just does. Very cool. It's super fine grain, so it may not come through well, but still, I had fun with it.

Edit: added just the greyscale without the halftone effect and a quick colorized version for fun!

I've had this gag running around in the back of my head for a while, waiting for the right way to pull it together. I think Alvarez may be in for a bit more than he bargained for on Barsoom.

Opening Commission Slots
