Pin vertices for Proportional Editing to aid in modelling.
Shortcut: Shift+P in editmode to pin verts / Shift+P again to unpin

Manage all lights in a scene from one panel
Top Buttons: Select light, Cast Shadow, Isolate, Hide Viewport, Hide Render
As you add lights they will appear in the panel
