This is a magic halo I accidentally made! it's a simple surface render with a flipbook effect. It has A parent Constraint so it's easy to install on your avatar plus has VRCFURY Setup for all controllers and menus!!
V1.2 now has a Hue Shift wheel! any color is possible!
