I'm sorry. My computer pen is broken and I'm unable to proceed. I forgot my account and now I found it again. Sorry for being late. Since the CPU fan BIOS settings do not resolve the issue and the computer boots normally, it is assumed that the fan is broken. I have currently ordered a new CPU fan and delivery will take approximately 1-2 days!
