500 Internal Error

The former system admin's email got hacked and started sending out spam. The company generated spam and abuse messages and turned the site off. I have responded to their requests but they have been slow to get back to me; I don't believe any actual human person has even taken notice yet.
No ETA on when the site will be back up. The company is in Germany and I am in Seattle.
