So sorry, and a life update
Added 2023-01-04 01:32:48 +0000 UTCI forgot to upload the vid I made and also had lost my job so life was chaotic. I'm sorry to have forgotten that! βΉοΈ I was going to do another bloat to finish the year off but ended up feeling unwell.
I'll make it to you all this month! I'm getting into lifting and swimming again slowly! Gonna get a gym membership since I don't have great at home gear!
The goal is strength and muscle, so if I gotta eat big to get there then I'm game π
Again my apologies for missing things last month. We're past the holidays which is always been a hard season for me with mental health. It was kinda a blur honestly. Thank you for grace and thank you for always being so supportive.
