As we stated last week, we're now offering a new tier for the non-printers amongst you all - the WARLORD tier, in which you get the monthly battle host in beautiful Grey Wulf resin! Perfect for anybody who loves Darklands or just wants some amazing miniatures to paint without the hassle of printing and prepping.

For just £99.99 on the early bird version of the tier (and £129.99 after that) you'll get the WARLORD monthly battle host, which will be roughly the same as the MIERCENARY battle host; the difference being that infantry units will be produced for you as a unit of 20x warriors or 10x warriors, whichever is correct for Darklands. The images like the one above will show you exactly what you get!

Each WARLORD battle host will be worth around £250 at RRP, so you're saving well over 50% from that price - which is almost unheard of for Grey Wulf, which never normally goes beyond 25%!

This month's battle host for the WARLORD tier comes from the lands of the Brythoniaid, specifically the kingdom of Gwynedd and the armies of the Red Dragon himself, Cadwaladr the Blessed.

There's three superb nobles to command your moustachioed marvels, including a totally new, never-before-seen version of Nerys, the abades of Penmôn, as well as the warlord Urien and his lieutenant Carys. The latter two come in three different flavours, and they lead three units of infantry - the teulu (pronounced ‘tay-lee’) hearthguard unit, the saethwr (‘sy-ther’) unit of bowmen and the helwr (‘hel-er’) unit of scouts, who come complete with be-leafed cloaks.

Heavy support comes from the Ceredigion realm in the south-west of Cymru, in the ornery shape of the marchomawr cogwyfern - wyvern riders - along with alternate weapons for the banner bearer and herald to form a unit of five.

Truly a magnificent host of warriors!
