Hey shredders!

For this month's lessons I have decided to change things up a little bit 😁...

My wonderful Skype student mentioned that he struggles to engage with licks that have no context...which lead me onto the idea of creating an "end goal", somewhere for you to try out and use the licks that we learn earlier in the month.

So for this month the licks that you learn in week 1 & 2 will prepare you for a guitar solo I've written and made a backing track for. I've made an easier version of the solo and also a more advanced one, so no one feels left out!

In week 4 you will learn to play both solos, you can pick the easier or harder one depending on what you feel like.

The genre is rock/metal. It came out sounding pretty groovy so I really hope you enjoy learning and playing along 😋

Week 1, January 6th : Sweep Picking Lick(s) Lesson
Week 2, January 13th : Legato Lick(s) Lesson
Week 3, January 20th : Guitar Maintenance, 5 Things To Check On Your Guitar!
Week 4, January 27th : The "Ultimate Metal Solo" Lesson & Backing Track
