I’m so excited to share this new tier with you 🥹
As some of you may know, weightlifting is actually a huge part of my life. I do it for obvious reasons, not only to keep my physique in check but also to help with mental health and keeping my arms/back strong for guitar!
In this tier I’ll be sharing weekly photos of my physique and from training sessions, occasional videos from my sessions, access to my training split so you can train the same exercises as me & more! ❤️🔥
I’m by no means a fitness expert, but I’ve learned quite a lot over my years of training and I really want to share this part of my life with you to hold me accountable, if nothing else!
