Just got done with my upper body sesh, feeling good!
Iβm trying to increase my protein intake to hopefully help with recovery because omg I am dying at the moment haha. You know itβs bad when youβve got DOMS like four days after the session π Iβve got some really really bad muscle knots all up my back too, for some reason I consistently hold all of my tension thereβ¦gotta get it sorted!
Anyway, biceps doing bits here π₯°
Hitting glutes and hams tomorrow!
