Some snaps from my leg session on Thursday, I hit glutes and hams :)
My current glute/ham day looks like this:
Hip thrusts, RDLs, Split squats, Leg press, Leg curls, Abduction 🏋🏼♀️
Today I hit upper, feeling like I’m looking like I could do with a bump in calories, realistically…I feel like I’m a little too lean right now. Not necessarily a bad thing but I’m curious what will happen if I consciously eat more! Stronger sessions, better recovery and more gains I guess haha 🤷🏼♀️
