glad to hear you don't mind slower paced stuff! although I think you're right in saying it's more of a slow-burn than a slow pace - I hadn't really thought about it before or the distinction between the two, but I like it. when I first started watching this show as it was airing I was also wondering about just how much the characters actually remember about their past lives, and well, it becomes clearer as the show goes on (obviously). but one thing we know already this far into the series is that a lot of the flashbacks shown happen when the characters are sleeping, and that they then wake up quite disoriented. so they are dreaming about their past lives, and how well you remember your dreams vary from person-to-person and from dream-to-dream, so it's pretty interesting to think about! it's already frustrating to forget 'normal' dreams when you wake up, but imagine forgetting dreams/memories that feel so important and real to you on a level you can't even understand yourself? I find the thought of it really interesting and could probably write about it for hours, but I'll spare you haha

I'm curious, why do you hate that song?
Nothing wrong with it, it's just that I think it's the best song in this series' OST, lol
When I saw Dean and Pharm's scene in the car (after they leave the doctor) I thought it was the best introduction between two characters I had ever seen, and to this day no other similar scene has taken it's place. Even with your reaction I got stuck in that scene and kept repeating it XDDD
The side stories are for product placement. I think you can skip them if they get too boring
