Can someone, anyone, please explain exactly -why- Guinan's bar in present-day LA is called ten forward? Isn't the name of the bar a reference to the actual starfleet designation for that specific room on the Enterprise-D? Feels like the writer(s) thought to themselves, "A-ha! Turns out it was our big brains that started the name that goes forward into the future for the show that came out thirty years ago." this was an episode where my brother and I looked at each other and started wordlessly screaming as the disappointments began to mount.
2022-03-31 22:03:46 +0000 UTCI appreciate the impulse to give us presidents more perks, but the early release thing seems confusing and unnecessary. It makes releasing episodes more complicated, and it doesn't add any real value for us. It's neat once to get something early, but then we'll grow accustomed to the new rhythm, and it will feel normal. The actual rate at which we get new content stays generally the same. Again, I appreciate the thought, but releasing a podcast seems complicated enough.
