Movie Night | Weekly Recap

Hi all :)

Apologies for the long delay with this recap!
Between the development of the new scene, making of the new picture-set and the festivities, I've had my hands quite full.

Anyway... Happy new year!
I hope you've enjoyed the Christmas set. :)

The development of June's new scene (the winner of the latest poll) has begun and proceeds well.

Work done since the last recap:

• Made the Christmas picture-set.
• Developed June's new scene.
• Looked into Unreal Engine some more (for animations).
• Took a few days off for Christmas/New Year's.

Update status: ~85% complete!

Update news.

v0.1.8 is now quite close to release!

It will contain new outcomes for Ruca's dinner scene (the old one), a new outcome for June's second story scene, a (lengthy) story scene for Ruca, a scene for June, new quality-of-life features and possibly more.

I plan for the beta-test to start mid January.

Unreal Engine progress.

You might recall that in a past recap I mentioned that I had started looking into Unreal Engine 5 and Source Filmmaker to produce animations with.

Ultimately I picked UE5 over SFM, and this past couple of weeks I put some more hours into it.

I really wanted to get the fist animation with jiggly physics out in the Christmas set, although I don't think I'm quite ready for that yet.
While I have now gotten nearly everything to work, I'm not yet proficient enough with the software to produce animations of the quality I'm looking for.

Maybe for St. Valentine I'll have something ready, though. :)

June's new scene.

As June's scene won the latest poll, it has now entered development.

Like I mentioned, it will allow the players to watch one out of a few movies with her, with different outcomes for each.

Here's some more details:

!!! SLIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD !!!

The scene will take place at night, in June's livingroom.
MC will find her on the couch, watching TV.

He'll ask her what she's watching and June will reply that she was just about to go to sleep, telling MC to do the same.
MC will instead propose to watch a movie together, and although June will be initially worried about him not getting enough sleep before school, she'll eventually agree as she wants to spend some time with him.

After a bit more dialogue, players will be presented with a choice of movies.
In this release, MC will be able to choose between a romantic movie, a thriller, a comedy, an adventure film and a musical.

The romantic movie:

This choice will see June get either emotional or turned on, depending on when MC makes his move.
When getting emotional, she'll snuggle with the player, whereas when she gets horny she'll let MC get closer and touch her a little.

The thriller:

This movie will definitely scare June, who will impulsively move closer to MC.
Here the player can either comfort her with his embrace, or scare her further, making her jump out of her seat.

The comedy:

June will find this movie quite funny, laughing all throughout, causing her jugs to jiggle wildly.
MC will be able to either make her laugh even harder by cracking a joke himself, which will make her shoulder strap to slip down, exposing her breasts, or he may choose to tickle her, copping a feel as he does so.

The adventure movie:

This film will see June getting engrossed in its story, resting her bare feet on MC's lap.
Players will have the option to massage them, and even "finish" onto them, with the possibility of getting caught. Alternatively, players may peek under her skirt.

The musical (this one might be changed):

One of June's favorites, she'll know all of the songs, and even some of the choreography.
MC will be able to ask her to sing and dance along with one of two possible songs, each giving the player a sexy view of different parts of her body.

Those will be the outcomes that will be available in the upcoming version, but there are more planned of course, which will be implemented as June's story and Perversion path get more developed.

As always, some things may be changed or added during development.

I'll be taking a more in-depth look into each outcome in the next recap.

And so, we're getting close to another release.
With Ruca now having 3 story scenes, it shouldn't be too long before sex is finally added to the game! :O
It'll be introduced in either her next story scene or the one after.
