The Fallen Lighthouse (Freebie Adventure Map)

Hi all,
We just concluded the first adventure of our new D&D 5e campaign. It was a really fun six hour session where the shipwreck survivors found a kobold lair and defeated a weird homebrewn zombie spawning undead phase spider.
As the setting we are using a "setting bashed" world of Forgotten Kingdoms. We are using the Forgotten Realms as the foundation, but mixed with features from the world of Iron Kingdoms. For example, we introduced firearms and steam power from the Iron Kingdoms in limited fashion and changed half-orcs to Ogruns (basically same stats as half-orc).
I thought that you might be interested to see how I use my own maps to design adventures, so I decided to share this adventure map with you. Typically I print out a printer-friendly version of the map and add some notes to it like in the map attached with this post. This map will be released later this month as a final version, but here's a preview of the map with some notes.
The treasure in this adventure included quite a few mundane items because the characters started the adventure with only one item that they could hold in one hand. And the "MS" notes on the map are milestones, that granted the PCs with extra XP. Also, I needed to adjust some of the monsters during the adventure for added challenge. For example, the giant spider was changed into an undead phase spider and the number of zombies was increased from one to three. Oh, yeah, and a military pistol with 10 rounds of ammunition was added to the kobolds' treasure hoard.
But yeah, this is my typical way of designing adventures. Just some notes on paper and a rough sketch of the backstory in my head. Quite different from what it used to be when I was much younger :D
