Small tier rework

With the lack of cards shared recently I've come to ask myself what I could do still make the 3rd tier worth the support, so I was thinking about adding more stuff than just cards I'd share with the CHubby Believer tier.
So I let you choose if I should give away more stuff like scene datas and more so this tier doesn't feel as empty.
