I'm thrilled you guys read it and very flattered it came through well! I feel a little embarrassed about all the references I forced in, it was a bit tryhard, but when I'm working with literal NPCs I had to find a way to fill the space without taking it too seriously lol. Also for context, this was written a little early in the playthrough, before Arin boosted his boys all the time, as well as various other updates. Sorry for harshing Arin's vibe so much, that's all on Roy and not my personal beliefs about the video game boy, but you know how minimum wage can turn a person, lol. Also sorry about the tense swap, I like to experiment with present tense and accidentally switching is one of my oopsies when I do fic I guess, lol.
