Changing to Upfront Charges!

Hey patrons, this is just a quick notice to let you guys know that I will soon be changing the payment options of this Patreon to "Charge Upfront"

How does this change things? Instead of payments processing at the end of the month (after a pledge period has ended) it will be processed on the 1st (at the beginning of a pledge period). This means I can start sending out rewards sooner! And anybody that wants to get a wallpaper for the current period can pledge right away and still get it.

Starting in November, new patrons that join at any period during the month will be charged immediately, then the recurring charge will begin on the 1st of the following month.

I plan to enable this before November begins. For existing patrons, your current pledge will not be charged until November 1st.

This means we'll be missing a month, but I've technically been running the rewards a month off anyway, so it's not a huge deal, just something you should be aware of.

So, to recap, starting in November I can reveal the wallpaper right away and any new patrons that want to pledge for it before the end of the month can do that.
