Nice questions, let me answer these. Commission are artworks requested that become property for the commissioner. Being a paid artwork, I take priority to make and deliver. After the work is done, The artwork belongs to you. I can post on my pages but just with the commissioner permission and I'll give all credits to the commissioner. The commissioner, of course can post that artwork, or just keep himself. About the higher tiers, they cover everything on the normal tiers but has some futa content.
