This audio was such a pleasant surprise, thank you, Belle! I listened to it at the end of my workday and it was a great transition from the stress of the day into home life. I really loved the layering, and particularly the sound of the beads/seeds(?). It reminded me of those dried cactus rain stick things I loved playing with as a kid (finding one in a gift shop or music class= fun!). It also reminds me of this cushion I have that's filled with buckwheat hulls: it makes a great noise and is sometimes fun/comforting to bury your hands in. Thank you for the audio, and have a wonderful (and far less stressful!!) New Year!
