GREEN GODDESS SALAD!! ๐๐ฑ

-1 cucumber
-1 small-medium size cabbage
Finely dice everything
Dressing:
-1 bunch parsley
-1-2 cloves garlic (I did 2)
-2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
-1 Tbsp honey
-1 lemon, juiced
-salt and chili flakes to taste
-2 handfuls of nuts (I used unsalted walnuts and almonds)
-a little water to thin
Blend until creamy.
