I am suffering from a severe anxiety about uploading videos at the moment. I'm trying to get through it by uploading this and sharing it with you.
It's raw and unedited, but the it's the thought that counts! Also, to be honest, part of the CBT therapy is to...you know, accept that things are never gonna be perfect. And it's actually okay that stuff like this is...you know, a bit shit.
In addition, thank you THANK YOU for giving me the courage I needed to do a charity stream for The Survivor's Trust. To raise 2.5k for such an important cause was unreal. Thank you.
