trackers in CC

I'm a very small creator, so trackers in my CC is not something you ever have to worry about. also im lowkey stupid and dont even know how that works.
BUT
if you are pledged to these people below, I just want to warn you that your private information is being tracked and shared. please unpledge and protect yourselves, thats the only way this will stop

if you pay for their CC and they still make you ask them for a link.....you're being played. you shouldnt have to ask for a link to something you're paying for. THEY ARE TRACKING YOU!!
do not give these people your hard earned money. your privacy is being violated and they see nothing wrong with this. please stay safe!

I understand where you're coming from, but theres been quite a lot of proof circulating everywhere about these people. the name dropping is definitely important in this case IMO because thats the only way people will know to stay safe & who to stay away from. and idk about you, but if a creator left because they got caught being shady, disrespectful and full-on doxxing people & emailing their jobs, I'd call that a win - they shouldn't belong in the community.

Not only because there's no guarantee they're all doing it but also because people like HEL no longer create CC and have completely left the community at the beginning of the year for various reasons including health issues. So the idea that people could be sliding in her dm right now after she decided to quit the community really pisses me off. As I already stated elsewhere, post like this aren't really helping anyone on top of being toxic. Some of the name dropping are not only false but some CC makers are being harassed OR have straight-up quite the community and because of this mess they're being harassed and doxxed for something they didn't even do... So be careful where you get your information from cause at this point it's turning into a "he said, she said" witch hunt where innocent people on all side are being persecuted for things they didn't even do.

2022-04-19 14:04:26 +0000 UTCSome of these I am aware of or at least suspected they would be tracking their content, but the whole sharing peoples details even if it is just email addresses and names is appalling! I don’t think Ruby Red is one of them though. They’ve been around since TS3 days as I used some of her builds back then and while I’ve not been subscribed to her for a couple of months she’s always struck me as being above board when I’ve had any direct contact with her. I would be so surprised and ready saddened if I’m wrong though. This is just such a sad thing to be happening in the simming community for a game that’s brought so many lovely people together.
