Hello and welcome to my monthly Mini Pin Club! I will list some questions and answers here that you might have when or before you join my Patreon~☆

♡ When will I get charged?

Patreon charges you automatically on the 1st of every month, to the payment method that you chose, when you joined me.

♡ What is a Filler Pin?

The word "Filler Pins" is essentially just a different word to describe smaller sized pins that "fill" the space between your bigger sized pins. You might have heard the term "mini pin" as well! While different creators might say filler pins just go up to a maximum of 0.75", I like to call my 1.5" pins still filler pins. Anything over that is too big to be called a filler pin, but that's just my opinion (๑˘︶˘๑)

♡ What's the difference between the OG Filler Pin Tier and the Fanart Filler Pin?

The difference is that Fanart Pins are inspired by diverse anime/manga/video games and such. Original art pins means that it will be a design which I came up with, maybe inspired by life but never by someone else's work.

All pins are drawn by myself and not commissioned or traced.

♡ Will you quality check your pins?

Yes, all pins are quality checked. I will try my best to send out only high quality pins, but because pins are handmade, there might be tiny errors. You will never receive anything under a B-Grade (check Grading policy for more info).

♡ What plating will the pins be?

The pins you will receive from both Rewards are Gold Nickel plated! I will decide on special effects (ex.: Glitter, Pearl, Sandblast etc.) depending on the design.

♡ Are your pins limited?

Yes, the pins you receive as a reward are Limited. For now the LE number is 40 but I might increase it depending on the demand! Since I have 30 spots per Tier open atm, I will only make 10 extras, to account for flaws. These extra pins will be sold only in my Patreon Exclusive shop. There will be spots to get both sets, OG art and Fan art pins. 

♡ Are there different variants of your pins?

I will have a variant with the same design later on, in Black Nickel plating + different effects, which will be Open Edition. The Black Nickel variant will be only available through my Secret Shop for everyone who is subscribed to at least one tier. Additionally Black Nickel Pins might be sold at conventions. This variant can be restocked according to demand.

There will also be a LE Discord Variant which you will be able to buy through the OP community discord. This is a different Discord than my own Patreon Discord. I only have a channel as a creator, in the OP community Discord, since it's shared with other creators. The other creators and I will share a link to join at the first of every month in our stories. The discord variant will not be available through Patreon.

♡ Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership any time. However if you already got charged for the month, I will not be able to refund you, but you will still receive your reward!

I can not guarantee your place in my patreon if you cancel your membership. If the spots are already filled, then you will have to wait for a spot to open up again.

♡ Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can change your membership any time and jump between tiers. However if you already got charged for the month, you will still receive the reward, you got charged for. I can not change the reward!

I can not guarantee your place in your previous tier, if you change your reward. If the spots are already filled, then you will have to wait for a spot to open up again.

♡ When will I receive the pins?

Every pin is handmade by my trusted Chinese manufacturer. Please allow time for the pins to be made, shipped to me, graded by me and shipped to you! This process can take multiple weeks, usually around 2-3 months, but due to intricate designs, holidays here and in China and situations that might be out of my control, please allow up to 4-5 months until you receive the design. I will provide constant updates along the way so you will always know what's happening to your order! You can also join my discord for any updates

♡ Do you ship internationally?

No, Patreon rewards are not shipped internationally for now it will be US only. However, I ship internationally from the US in my Shop. So if you are part of the tip tier, you can get access to the in hand extras in my Patreon only shop.

♡ Will I receive tracking?

Yes, every package will receive tracking plus insurance for orders within the US. Packages that go outside the us, from my shop will only have tracking and only to a certain point, which depends on the mailing service in each country. It might be that tracking won't update for a while until it's delivered. International orders do not have insurance unless purchased separately.

♡ How do I get Early Access to the Discord Exclusive variants, that you are advertising on your IG?

Being part of my Patreon will not give you the benefit of receiving the Discord Exclusive pins. When I advertise them, they are only available through the Discord OP Community Server, but not my Patreon Discord. So please be on the lookout on my stories, the OP Community Discord opens up every first of the month!
